Spurring On to New Horizons, Working Together to Achieve Excellence: Xingze Company’s 2025 Awards Ceremony and 2026 New Year’s Gala Concluded Successfully.

Amidst a sea of sparkling lights and the sound of laughter filling the hall, on the evening of 4 February 2026, Dongguan FORTRESS Expert Co., Ltd. held its grand ‘Galloping Forward into a New Chapter, Working Together to Achieve Excellence – 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony and 2026 New Year’s Gala’ at the Daoxiang Imperial Palace Banquet Hall. Company executives, family members, representatives of partners, and the entire Xingze family gathered together to reflect on their journey of hard work, recognise outstanding role models, and look forward to a bright new future.

A Sparkling Start · Celebrating the New Year Together

The gala commenced with the spectacular opening dance *Horses Treading the Mountains and Rivers*, whose rousing rhythm instantly ignited the enthusiasm of the entire audience. The four presenters then made a dazzling entrance, extending their warmest greetings to the leaders, business partners and all staff members in attendance.

Mr Li Xu, the Chairman, took to the stage to deliver a welcome address. He looked back on the company’s journey in 2025, during which it pursued steady progress whilst operating in both the domestic and Vietnamese markets, and expressed high hopes for the company’s development in 2026. His address was filled with gratitude and encouragement for his family, business partners and all staff, whilst also setting out the direction for the coming year.

Mr Li Xingze, Business Director, paid tribute to every hard-working member of the team, reviewing Xingze’s journey towards 2025 with a substantial ‘report card’ and four heartfelt ‘thank yous’. Firstly, ‘miraculous speed’

In just four months, our overseas team built a fully operational factory from scratch in Vietnam. This “Xingze efficiency” has secured us a head start in global competition. We salute our overseas colleagues! Second, “Extreme Responsibility”

When a production peak coincided with leadership absences, the entire domestic team stepped up, working day and night to shoulder the overwhelming workload. This cohesion, demonstrated through their willingness to fill in wherever needed, is the company’s strongest asset. We salute our domestic colleagues! Thirdly, “A Win-Win Achievement”

Behind the 50% year-on-year growth in performance lies the result of our supplier partners sharing risks and working in close collaboration with us. We are not merely partners, but a community of shared values. Our deepest respect to all our partners! Fourthly, “The Warm Support from Home”

In 2026, as long as we continue to stand united and move forward shoulder to shoulder, Xingze’s story is bound to shine even brighter.

Xingze’s growth would not have been possible without the unwavering support of every one of our partners. During the gala, the ‘Outstanding Partnership and Mutual Success Award’ and the ‘Outstanding Craftsmanship and Quality Award’ were presented, with a total of nine outstanding partners receiving these honours. Ding Xiang, General Manager of Xiamen Xinxiangyou Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of the partners, sharing his reflections on working hand in hand with Xingze and expressing his confidence in continuing to deepen collaboration and achieve mutual success in the future.

The awards ceremony brought the evening to a climax. Outstanding teams and individuals from across the organisation—including sales, management, production and logistics—took to the stage one by one to receive their honours.

The management team at the Vietnam factory, the special packaging workshop, the bath salts workshop and the logistics team in China were awarded the titles of Best Management, Quality, Efficiency and Logistics Support Teams respectively.

Outstanding employees, team leaders, supervisors and managers were honoured; hailing from various departments across the company, they form the solid foundation of Xingze’s development.

The gala is not only a platform for recognition, but also a grand showcase of talent.

A New Journey, A Fresh Start.

The stars reward those who journey on, and the rivers favour those who strive. In 2025, we wrote our answer through hard work; in 2026, we have already spurred our horses on and set out to fight once more.
